Introduction to Triz

What would be a good introductory text to Triz such that at the end of the text I would be able to apply the principles in a relatively short period of time. I am in the services industry.

Hi, Rich:  The TRIZ Journal has run book reviews in the past, on most of the books in English--just click "archive" and look for Book Review.   Or contact me off-line through my website (the PQR ad to the right of this column) and I'll send you the bibliography I have accumulated.
