Praveen Gupta has been differentiating his work throughout his career. He has solved many problems over 25 years at small to large organizations. Praveen has developed a Six Sigma Business Scorecard for measuring corporate performance, the 4P (Prepare, Perform, Perfect, Progress) model for achieving process excellence, the Corporate Sigma for monitoring Six Sigma initiative, and Brinnovation™ for accelerating innovation. Praveen, president of Accelper Consulting, works with corporations in achieving sustained profitable growth. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and special events. Praveen is the author of several books, including Six Sigma Business Scorecard (McGraw Hill), and The Six Sigma Performance Handbook (McGraw Hill). Praveen holds a BSEE from IIT Roorkee, India, and a MSEE from IIT Chicago, Illinois. Besides consulting, he teaches Operations Management at DePaul University, and Business Innovation at Illinois Institute of Technology, both in Chicago, Illinois. |
